Spring Valley has begun its Housing Project. On the 215 acres that make up Spring Valley, housing and living facilities are now to be anticipated.

Our total development plan includes:

217 Apartment Units
24 Independent Living Villas
127 Courtyard Home Lots
100 Assisted Living Units

Residents will have access to the golf course and the amenities of the newly renovated 22,000 square foot club house. The amenities would include a fitness center, swimming pool, locker rooms, game rooms, community rooms, party rooms, and an outdoor pavilion. Scenic walking and biking paths will abound throughout the property.

Spring Valley Future Resident Amenities

Surrounding the Clubhouse will be 32 one floor Duplex Villas, to be built for rent as independent living units. These independent residents can, as they develop the need, take advantage of the benefits within the clubhouse. Meals, housekeeping, 24 hour monitoring, the social activities, the gathering places, and a host of other assisted living features will be there at their disposal and at their choosing.

The setting, the clubhouse, and the golf course are already completed. What sets this project apart from others is that these amenities are not to be anticipated and are mostly in place coupled with an approved 15 year 100% tax abatement.
